Very dated order entry user interface, not user friendly at all, you have to do all the calculations yourself
Email/SMS alerts are quicker than BMO Investorline by about 10-15 minutes

The only reason I moved to RBC Direct Investing is because I have all my accounts there and the Branch Manager is more helpful, always there if need be. BMO branch managers don't seem to care, they offer you something, never working in the best interest of the client. After being with BMO for about 10 years, decided to close my accounts there, surprisingly for the first time ever, the Branch Manager listened to me and persuaded me to keep my accounts there and that they would waive the monthly maintenance fees. So I still have an account with BMO and will wait to see if they stand by their word for the next few months.
