Me and my son bake almost every weekend. This week he wanted to eat
pancakes. After trying out different recepies, this one works just
fine. It is simple and quick without the need for buttermilk or sour
cream like other recepies need. So here are the ingredients:

Go to any Middle Eastern Meat shop and ask them for a Kafta mix, this is composed of:
A pound of Kafta mix is enough to feed to hungry adults, ofcourse you have to include condiments like hommos, salad, and pita bread.
You can make patties out of them, I prefer rolling them into 2 inch logs. A pound usually makes about 16 logs.
Prep: 20 minutes
Bake: 30 minutes
Oven: 350 Degrees F
Cool: 1 hour
Servings: about 16 Servings
